OUR STORY
Every contract still needs a legal eye

We're Sahar and Nour. Between us are decades of practicing corporate and commercial law, drafting contracts, negotiating deals, and helping clients structure and protect their businesses.
Then AI arrived. Like everyone else, we were impressed. Documents that once took hours — or even days — to prepare could suddenly be generated in minutes.
But reviewing more and more of these documents revealed the same thing, again and again. The issue was rarely what AI wrote. It was what it failed to see.
A missing protection.
A hidden inconsistency.
A clause that worked in theory but not in practice.
A commercial reality the document simply did not reflect.
In legal work, faster does not always mean safer. No matter how sophisticated technology becomes, every legal document still needs a legal eye — not only to draft it, but to prompt it effectively, understand it, challenge it, balance it, and validate it.
The Sea and the Vision
One day, while sitting by the sea and talking it through, the same sentence surfaced once again: "Every AI-generated contract still needs a legal eye."
Sahar smiled: "Then that's it. That's the name. LegalEye."
And the name stayed. What began as an observation became a conversation. The conversation became a shared vision, a partnership — built on friendship, complementary strengths, shared values, and a common ambition to build something of our own.
Beyond AI
The original spark came from the limitations of AI-generated contracts. But LegalEye was never intended to stop there.
Whether you bring us:
• A document generated by AI.
• A document received from a counterparty.
Or you need:
• A contract or legal structure built entirely from scratch.
• Strategic negotiations, legal opinions, or traditional legal support.
We meet you where you are. Technology will continue to evolve, and the formats we use will change. Human judgment will not.
That is what LegalEye is really about. Because smart legal drafting still needs smart eyes.
