Behind LegalEye are two transactional lawyers with decades of experience advising businesses, founders, investors, professionals, and family-owned enterprises. Fluent in Arabic, English and French, we regularly advise clients across jurisdictions and cultures.
Our professional paths have been shaped by the same commitment to corporate and commercial practice, and by the same belief: that good legal advice begins with sound judgement and a clear understanding of each client's objectives.
FOUNDER
Sahar Baker
Sahar is known for her instinct for what a matter actually requires — not just what it appears to need on the surface.
She has spent her career advising on corporate structuring, commercial contracts, governance, and negotiations, always looking beyond the immediate request to what will best serve the client's objectives.
Alongside this, Sahar has built extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. That experience has shaped the way she advises and drafts — with a steady eye on what holds up when an agreement is tested, not just how it reads on signing day.
For Sahar, legal advice means giving clients the steadiness to make decisions with confidence.
FOUNDER
Nour Badreddine
Nour enjoys turning ideas, discussions, and business objectives into clear legal solutions. Whether the matter involves a single agreement, a corporate structure, an investment or a broader transaction, she starts in the same place: understanding where a client wants to go — not simply where they stand today.
She holds a Master's degree in Commercial Arbitration and has worked on ICC and regional arbitration matters.
That experience shapes the way she advises and drafts, reinforcing her belief that the strongest legal documents are those prepared with tomorrow's questions in mind — not only today's negotiations.
